GERC Construction Corporate University

GERC Construction Corporate University - is a new innovative, scientific and educational corporate organizational structure that supports the sustainable development of key competencies and the growth of competitiveness in the construction market of Ukraine and other countries. . 

Creation and development of the University consists of stages: from the work of the internal training center to an independent, specialized scientific and educational business in the future.

At the present initial stage we work as an internal training center that is focused on the development of competencies in the management of construction projects and modern management. Simultaneously, the University acts as an internal incubator for specialists with necessary skills and corporate culture. In addition, every chief invest a significant portion of his or her time working onstaff development.
